Laura Fiori, Owner of KGE, earned her Building Analyst credential from the Building Performance Institute (BPI). BPI is the only certifying body for Home Energy Auditors recognized by Energy Star. Laura earned her LEED AP in 2007 and worked on one of the first LEED for Homes – Gold projects in the region. She is an adjunct professor at PVCC in the Construction Academy’s Weatherization program.
Wilson Ratliff, Research Analyst, is a HERS rater with project management experience in new home construction and on large remodeling projects. He majored in building science and minored in construction management at Appalachian State University in North Carolina, a university reknown for it’s building science and weatherization curricula.
